Return & Warranty Policy

Thank you for shopping with SHRi BALAJI ELECTRONICS. Please read our return and warranty policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order on our website https://www.electroxpress.co.in, you agree to the following terms:

1. Unbranded / Non-Warranty Products

We do not provide any warranty for unbranded or non-warranty products, except in cases of:

Manufacturing defects, or

Lot issues (bulk defects affecting multiple units)

Such issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with a proper unboxing video. Claims without valid proof will not be entertained.

2. Branded Products

For branded products, customers must directly contact the respective brand’s authorized service center for warranty claims, servicing, or repairs. We do not process these claims at our end.

3. General Return Requests (Other Products)

Customers may raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp at +91 62897 97169.

A clear unboxing video is mandatory for any claim.

Freight charges (both ways) are to be borne by the customer.

In approved cases, we will provide either:

A credit note, or

A replacement with the same or similar product from another brand
Please note: We do not offer refunds except in the case outlined below.

4. Stock Unavailability

In case the ordered product is unavailable, we will initiate a full refund to the original payment method within 7 working days.

All return or defect claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
